We do not share, sell, or distribute your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Message frequency varies based on your activity and job availability. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Once you opt out, we will not send you further SMS messages unless you re-subscribe. Opting out of SMS does not affect your TaskHammer account or access to the platform.
We retain your SMS consent records (phone number, timestamp, IP address, and the specific consent language you agreed to) for as long as your account is active or as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
